  • Provide executive leadership during major security incidents and support preparedness, tabletop exercises, continuity integration, and recovery planning.
  • Partner across technology, operations, legal, compliance, privacy, risk, product, and business leadership to embed security into enterprise priorities and growth initiatives.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing organization, including succession planning, talent development, budget ownership, and hiring decisions.
  • Present security strategy, risk, metrics, and investment recommendations to executive leaders in concise, business-focused terms.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of progressive security and information technology experience, including 10+ years leading large-scale technology teams and enterprise programs.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise security functions across multiple technical domains in a complex, regulated organization.
  • Deep experience in security architecture and engineering, identity and access management, cloud security, vulnerability or exposure management, and security transformation.
  • Proven experience modernizing security capabilities while supporting rapid business change, integrations, acquisitions, joint ventures, or new ventures.
  • Executive presence and the ability to influence senior technology, business, risk, and compliance leaders.
  • Experience owning budgets, setting investment priorities, making hiring decisions, and developing senior security leaders.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity, organizational change, and high-pressure security events.
