The Role

India is GoCharting's home market and the foundation of everything we have built. Nine broker integrations are live — but the relationships have untapped depth. Co-marketing with the brokers who already integrate us, deeper product placement within their platforms, and activation of the millions of users on the other side of those integrations are all material upside. At the same time, significant broker partnerships have not yet been established.  White-label is largely unexplored — and for larger brokers, a white-label deal is worth substantially more than a standard integration. You will own the India commercial ecosystem entirely: deepen what exists, close what is missing, and build the exchange and ecosystem relationships that give GoCharting permanent visibility in the Indian trading market.



What you'll do

Broker Partnerships — Deepen & Expand

  • Manage and deepen the existing broker relationships: joint marketing, improved product placement, user activation, regular business reviews
  • Identify and close new broker integrations 
  • Own the full partnership cycle: outreach, pitch, terms, technical handoff, go-live, ongoing relationship
  • Drive co-marketing with both existing and new partners to convert broker users to paid subscriptions

White-Label Business Development

  • Evaluate white-label vs. standard integration as the model for each partner — recommend what maximises revenue and strategic value
  • Build on the existing white-label relationship; identify deepening opportunities
  • Pipeline and negotiate new white-label deals with larger brokers — a white-label with a top-5 Indian broker is a category-defining event
  • Work with product/engineering on white-label feature requirements and represent partner needs in roadmap prioritisation

Exchange & Ecosystem Partnerships

  • Build relationships with NSE, BSE, MCX — data partnerships, co-marketing, exchange-endorsed positioning
  • Develop partnerships with Indian trading educators, communities, and financial media (ET Markets, Moneycontrol, comparable channels)
  • Own GoCharting's presence at Indian fintech and trading industry events

Pipeline & Market Intelligence

  • Own and maintain the India CRM pipeline — every conversation logged, every follow-up tracked
  • Deliver regular India partnership reports to the COO: active deals, stage, expected close, blockers
  • Monitor the Indian retail trading landscape: new entrants, competitor moves, SEBI developments, trader behaviour shifts



What we're looking for

Must-haves:

  • 5+ years in BD, partnerships, or sales in Indian fintech, trading platforms, or financial data
  • Existing network in the Indian broker ecosystem — partnership/BD contacts at major brokers, can open doors on day one
  • Track record closing broker integrations or financial-platform partnerships with measurable commercial outcomes
  • Deep understanding of the Indian retail trading market: SEBI, broker landscape, discount vs. full-service dynamics, trader behaviour
  • Experience structuring and negotiating commercial partnership agreements, including white-label or co-branded technology deals
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Hindi — communicates with C-level contacts across both languages
  • CRM discipline: pipeline hygiene, activity logging, forecasting are habits

Nice-to-haves:

  • Existing relationships at Groww, ICICI Direct, HDFC Securities, Motilal Oswal, or comparable large brokers not yet integrated
  • Exchange relationships: NSE, BSE, or MCX — data licensing, co-marketing, or market development
  • Experience structuring white-label technology deals in Indian financial services
  • Knowledge of orderflow tools, DOM trading, or advanced technical analysis
  • Prior experience at a trading platform, charting tool, or market data vendor in India
  • PE-backed or VC-backed Indian fintech scale-up background
