You will be expected to build a high-performing organization, elevate the economics of the business, and help define the next generation of managed services offerings for the company and its clients.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the global Application Managed Services organization with full accountability for strategy, operating model, service delivery, organizational performance, and business results.

  • A track record of owning a delivery organization or business unit with responsibility for service quality, client outcomes, and financial performance.
  • Demonstrated success improving margins through cost optimization, process transformation, automation, or operating model redesign.
  • Experience implementing or scaling delivery-enabling platforms, tooling, or AI-driven capabilities.
  • Strength in executive-level customer engagement, strategic account leadership, and cross-functional influence.
  • Experience leading globally distributed teams and driving change in complex, matrixed organizations.

  • Commercially minded and operationally rigorous, with the ability to balance growth, margin, delivery quality, and client success.
  • Skilled at designing scalable operating models and building repeatable, high-performing managed services organizations.
  • Able to connect innovation with execution, turning AI, automation, tooling, and process improvements into measurable business results.
  • Confident engaging senior client, sales, and executive stakeholders with credibility and influence.
