Are you a creative problem-solver who sees a building and immediately starts imagining its visual potential? We’re looking for a Visual Solutions Consultant who doesn't just sell signs—they partner with businesses to transform their brand identity across interior, exterior, and wayfinding spaces.
If you love working directly with clients, turning big ideas into rough sketches, and guiding a project from napkin concept to final installation, you’ll fit right in.
What You'll Do
Holistic Consulting: Work directly with business owners, facility managers, and architects across Fairfield County to audit their visual needs and propose comprehensive, multi-sign solutions.
Concept & Ideation: Translate client vision into actionable concepts. Whether through quick napkin sketches or basic software layout tools, you will pitch ideas to clients and guide our graphic design team to build final production proofs.
Site Surveys & On-Site Assessments: Visit client sites throughout Fairfield County to take precise measurements, evaluate mounting surfaces, assess visibility, and determine installation requirements.
Business Development: Build and maintain local relationships, follow up on warm leads, and drive new revenue across the region.
Workflow Management: Manage estimates, sales orders, and customer communication using CoreBridge.
What We’re Looking For
Sign Industry Expertise: Strong working knowledge of sign manufacturing and installation—including substrates (ACM, acrylic, PVC), vinyl/digital printing, illuminated elements, and mounting hardware.
CoreBridge Familiarity: Experience using CoreBridge (or equivalent sign shop workflow software) for estimating and order management.
Visual Communication Skills: Ability to quickly sketch or diagram ideas to bridge the gap between customer expectations and designer production.
Fairfield County Local: Must live in or immediately adjacent to Fairfield County, CT, to conduct client meetings, networking, and site surveys.
Self-Motivated & Independent: Comfortable managing a remote schedule while staying accountable to sales targets and project deadlines.
Work Environment & Location
This is a remote-first position with complete schedule flexibility. While you don't need to sit in an office every day, you must be in the Fairfield County area to perform on-site estimates, client presentations, and local business development. You are always welcome to use our production shop space whenever you prefer to work in person.
How to Apply
Submit your resume along with a brief summary of a memorable custom sign project you consulted on from initial concept to final install.
“I was the first applicant for a remote marketing position that got listed on the company website the same day I applied. Had an interview within 48 hours!”
