Visual Merchandising Coordinator

We're partnering with a leading prestige beauty brand to find a talented Visual Merchandising Coordinator. This hybrid role, based in West Hollywood, offers a temporary opportunity lasting 10-26 weeks, supporting their dynamic visual merchandising team. *Visual Merchandising Coordinator Responsibilities:* * Keep project timelines up-to-date across creative, trade marketing, and visual merchandising teams. * Develop and manage master files for vendors, including planograms, graphic layouts, and file updates. * Oversee the creation, approval, and tracking of sample files. * Manage office visual merchandise inventory and organize shipments of gondola and merchandising items. * Coordinate and distribute instruction sheets (SIS, APAC, CTU, etc.) and monitor repair requests until resolution. *Visual Merchandising Coordinator Qualifications:* * 1-3 years of experience in coordination or administrative roles, preferably within beauty, retail, or visual merchandising. * Internship experience in related fields may qualify. * Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail. * Ability to juggle multiple timelines and vendors simultaneously. * Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and familiarity with shared drives. * Strong communication and follow-up abilities. * Comfort working onsite in West Hollywood from Tuesday to Thursday.
