  • Prepare and organize patient records before connecting patients with the physician.
  • Coordinate the transition of patients to the physician for their virtual consultation.
  • Maintain detailed and confidential medical documentation while complying with privacy standards.
  • Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients throughout the intake process.
  • Stay up to date with U.S. healthcare terminology, medical practices, and documentation standards.

Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple patient intakes efficiently.
  • Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems is a plus.
  • Excellent English and Spanish communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
