About Us
Full Scale is a fully remote-first company that helps businesses build dedicated teams of skilled software engineers. We make it easier for growing companies to find, onboard, and retain high-performing software talent.
The Role
We're looking for a remote Virtual Marketing Assistant to handle day-to-day marketing execution across two affiliated U.S.-based businesses—one in the construction industry and another focused on business advisory, marketing, and media. This is a hands-on execution role focused on keeping social media, websites, Google Business Profiles, email, and podcast publishing running consistently across both brands. This is not a strategy or content-creation role.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and publish content to Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn for each business using a scheduling tool (Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, or Metricool), keeping each brand's voice distinct.
Turn owner-supplied photos, video, articles, and podcast material into ready-to-post content; owners write the copy and provide raw material, you package and schedule it.
Monitor and respond to comments on social media and Google Business Profile reviews across both businesses, with same-day response on weekdays.
Publish and update posts and pages in WordPress, Squarespace, or Wix; swap images; maintain basic SEO fields (titles, meta descriptions, alt text).
Manage Google Business Profile listings across multiple locations.
Pull a monthly Google Analytics 4 and Search Console report and summarize what changed and why.
Manage email campaigns and list segmentation (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot).
Handle podcast publishing: upload episodes, review transcripts for accuracy, write show notes, distribute to Spotify/Apple/YouTube, and cut short clips for social
Requirements
2–4 years running social media for a real business — not a personal account, not an internship
Hands-on with a scheduler (Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, or Metricool) and comfortable managing two distinct brand voices without mixing them up
WordPress, Squarespace, or Wix editing; publishing posts and pages, swapping images, basic SEO fields.
Experience managing Google Business Profile listings across multiple locations
Google Analytics 4 and Search Console: can pull a monthly report and explain what changed and why
Email platform experience (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot), including list segmentation
Podcast publishing workflow: upload, show notes, distribution to Spotify/Apple/YouTube, and clipping for social
Actively uses AI tools daily and can show their prompts
Willing to learn Cowork and work inside our project structure
Work Schedule:
40 hours per week, working U.S. Central Standard Time (CST)
Disqualifiers:
Primarily focused on strategy and not willing to handle day-to-day content posting and execution.
Requires approval or review meetings for every individual post instead of working independently within established guidelines.
Benefits
Work remotely from anywhere in the Philippines.
Work with U.S.-Based Clients – Gain experience working directly with international teams and businesses.
Work with a distributed team while having the support and resources you need to succeed.
Build your skills and experience while working with different businesses, tools, and technologies.
