The Virtual Service Technician uses visual remote assistance technology to resolve customer product and installation issues. They are also responsible for documenting appointments, auditing work orders, and reporting systemic product issues to manufacturing entities.
JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Virtual Field Service Technician to join our growing team.
Purpose of the Role
The Virtual Service Technician is tasked with supporting our company’s commitment to providing world-class, after- sales service. This highly visible customer interaction position will utilize Visual Remote Assistance “VRA” to resolve the customer request or initiate a claim.

Expected pay for this role is between $21.15 to $31.73 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
