Responsibilities

 

  • Manage and maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with high-profile clients and suppliers.
  • Handle email correspondence and client enquiries promptly and with the utmost professionalism.
  • Prepare, format, and edit documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
  • Act as a first point of contact, liaising with clients, architects, and partners in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Assist with basic project coordination, including tracking timelines and communicating updates.
  • Conduct research on suppliers, materials, and potential new business opportunities.
  • Provide general administrative support as required to ensure the seamless daily running of the business.
  • Uphold a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

 

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a relevant administrative role.
  • Exceptional organisational, planning, and time-management skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
