Please note that while this is a remote position, the role requires working hours aligned with our core operations in the Pacific Time Zone (San Francisco).

Responsibilities

* Provide first-class customer support by responding to enquiries via email, phone, and online chat in a timely and professional manner.
* Manage all aspects of the booking process, including new reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
* Coordinate with our team of drivers to ensure schedules are accurate and that pickups and drop-offs are seamless.
* Maintain and update customer information accurately within our company database.
* Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry, report generation, and supporting the management team as required.
* Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints with empathy and efficiency to ensure a positive outcome.

Qualifications
