For over 60 years, we have been specialising in a wide range of high-quality signage solutions for the highway industry, municipalities, and personal use. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional who can provide exceptional administrative and operational support, contributing directly to our long-standing commitment to quality and service. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and our clients receive the outstanding support they expect.

Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling email correspondence.
• Serve as a key point of contact for customer enquiries, delivering prompt, professional, and helpful responses via email and phone.
• Assist with the processing of customer orders, tracking shipments, and maintaining accurate records.
• Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other important business documents.
• Maintain and update internal databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accuracy.
• Conduct online research to support various business needs, such as identifying potential clients or sourcing materials.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the efficiency of our team.

Qualifications
• Proven professional experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanour.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with a proven capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
• Experience with online collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams.
• The ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
• A meticulous eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
