VIP Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced VIP Team Lead to lead the VIP Accounts Management stream and drive its commercial performance. The role combines people management, process optimization, and commercial ownership, with a focus on NGR, LTV, retention, and bonus efficiency.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and develop VIP Hosts and Supervisors, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.

• Own NGR, LTV, retention, and bonus-cost targets for the VIP stream.

• Monitor team and portfolio performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Establish and maintain service standards, SLAs, procedures, and quality processes.

• Manage regular 1-on-1s, team meetings, performance reviews, and QA calibrations.

• Work closely with the Head of VIP and other departments to improve processes and customer experience.

• Ensure compliance with Responsible Gambling, KYC, and AML requirements.

• Develop segmentation and offer strategies to improve VIP performance.
  
  Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Proven leadership experience in VIP, Account Management, Retention, or Sales within iGaming.

• Experience managing VIP Hosts, Account Managers, Supervisors, or similar teams.

• Strong understanding of NGR, LTV, Turnover, retention, bonus mechanics, and VIP unit economics.

• Strong analytical and financial skills.

• Good knowledge of iGaming products, payments, and cryptocurrency networks.

• Experience with process and procedure design.

• Strong people-management, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Understanding of Responsible Gambling and KYC/AML principles.
