We're looking for a sharp, instinctive Video Editor to transform influencer livestreams and UGC into thumb-stopping 15–30 second ads that perform across paid social channels.
What You'll Be Doing
Cut influencer and UGC footage into punchy short-form ads for TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, and beyond
Own the edit from brief to delivery—music selection, pacing, transitions, and platform formatting
Add motion graphics where needed: titles, CTA overlays, pop-ups, and slick text treatments
Bring your own creative flavour to even the most underwhelming brief
Leverage AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, Kling, Veo) to enhance and accelerate your workflow
Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and freelance resources to hit deadlines without dropping quality
What We're Looking For
Video editing experience in a commercial or performance marketing environment
Strong proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite—Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop—and DaVinci Resolve
A reel that shows clean cuts, sharp pacing, and genuine creative instinct
Solid motion graphics ability: text treatments, brand overlays, transitions
Familiarity with AI-assisted editing tools and an appetite to keep evolving your workflow
A genuine sense of humour—bonus points if it shows up in your edits
