A fast-scaling DTC ecommerce brand in the fitness space is looking for a performance-driven Video Editor who knows how to create ad creatives that convert.

If you have hands-on experience producing high-performing Meta ads, understand direct-response structure, and can craft scroll-stopping VSL and UGC creatives, this role is for you.

You’ll join a large, established team where creatives directly impact revenue and performance.

About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing DTC ecommerce brand in the home fitness space, primarily serving the US market.

The company designs and sells premium, space-efficient home gym equipment and scales aggressively through performance marketing, especially on Meta platforms.

Creatives are the core growth engine. The team tests fast, iterates constantly, and scales what wins. It is a data-driven environment with strong systems, SOPs, and a large creative and marketing team already in place.

What You’ll Do

Edit high-converting video ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

Create engaging VSL (Video Sales Letters)

Produce scroll-stopping UGC-style creatives

Follow established SOPs while continuously improving performance

Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams

Contribute to ongoing testing and scaling winning creatives

What They’re Looking For

Proven experience editing DTC ecommerce video ads

Strong portfolio of Meta-focused creatives

Deep understanding of:

Direct-response editing

Hook psychology

VSL structure

UGC pacing

Strong communication skills and team mindset

Ability to work consistently in a structured environment

Bonus: familiarity with tools like ClickUp

Only candidates with prior DTC ecommerce ad editing experience will be considered.

A portfolio is required to review your application.

Compensation Details

  • $1,500 – $3,000 per month, depending on experience and skill level

    (Expectations increase accordingly during onboarding for higher salary levels)

  • Paid twice monthly via Payoneer

  • Paid access to premium tools (Storyblocks, Runway, ElevenLabs, etc.)

  • PTO available upon request (based on business needs)
