About 16VC

We're looking for a Video Editor to help turn founder interviews, startup stories, and educational content into engaging videos that build the 16VC brand.
What You'll Do
Edit long-form founder interviews and podcasts.
Create short-form videos for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
Add captions, motion graphics, music, and branding.
Repurpose one piece of content into multiple formats.
Ensure videos are polished, engaging, and optimized for each platform.
Organize and manage video assets.
Work closely with the Content Creator to publish content consistently.
Who We're Looking For
Strong video editing skills.
Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
Good understanding of short-form content and social media trends.
Creative eye for pacing, storytelling, and visual design.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Interest in startups, AI, and technology is a plus.
Portfolio of edited videos is required.
