About the role

Community Connectors are the people in our network who already know talent — community leaders, creators, operators, organizers, the friend everyone tags when a job opens up. You don't do active outbound. You don't run a recruiting pipeline. You share your unique referral link with people in your network when there's a natural fit, and you get paid when those referrals deliver.

This is the lightest-touch way to join the Connectors program. If you're someone whose Slack DMs, Discord servers, or group chats are already full of "do you know anyone who…" questions — this is built for you.

You connect talent with opportunity. We make sure you get paid for it.

What you'll do

• Share your unique Connector link with people in your network when a Vetto vertical fits.
• Post in communities you already participate in (Discord, Slack, Reddit, group chats, your own audience) when relevant — on your own terms, no quotas.
• Check your dashboard occasionally to see who's progressing and where your payouts stand.
• Flag standout people in your network so we can prioritize them in the pipeline.

That's it. No cold outreach. No call scripts. No candidate lists to work through.

What we're looking for

• An existing network of professionals, creators, or skilled contributors who'd be a fit for at least one Vetto vertical.
• Credibility inside that network — people open your messages because they trust you, not because you're spamming them.
• Judgment about when to share and when not to. Quality of fit matters more than volume.

Especially useful

• You're an active community leader, moderator, or organizer (Discord, Slack, Reddit, Circle, Substack, etc.).
• You have an audience or newsletter where talent opportunities resonate.
• Your network leans into one of Vetto's hard verticals (Finance, Legal, Health Major Project).

Not required

• Recruiting experience.
• Active prospecting or outbound.
• A minimum number of referrals per month.
• Full-time availability.

Compensation

You're paid per validated task a completed referral delivers — the same rate structure as the rest of the Connectors program, with no cap.

• Weekly payouts. Tasks approved Monday through Sunday 23:59 are paid the following Wednesday.
• Tier progression as your validated referrals accumulate over time.

Detailed tier rates are shared in your welcome briefing.

What we provide

• A simple dashboard showing referral status, payouts, and tier progression.
• Pre-written share copy and graphics you can drop into Discord, Slack, your newsletter, or DMs — adapt or use as-is.

Onboarding

1-day setup. After your application is reviewed, you'll receive an email with your link, a short briefing document, and access to the Community Connector channel. No live training required. No interview. You can start sharing the same day.

How to apply

Fill out the application form linked on the program page. Our team reviews applications within 3 business days and emails you with your link, briefing, and channel access. Because Community Connectors don't do active outreach, there's no interview — just a quick review of your application and the network you'll be sharing with.

FAQs

Do I have to hit a referral quota? No. Share when it fits and when there's a real match. We'd rather have 3 strong referrals from you per quarter than 30 weak ones.

How is this different from a normal affiliate program? You're not paid for clicks or signups — you're paid when your referrals validate tasks inside Vetto. The bar is real delivery, not lead volume. That keeps the network high-trust and the payouts meaningful.
