Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Sales or Advocacy: You’ve worked in roles that required persuasion, but you’ve done it with heart.
• Tech Fluency: You can navigate tools like CRMs and AI-powered platforms without breaking a sweat.
• Collaborative Mindset: You know that success isn’t a solo sport.
• Mission-First Attitude: You wake up every day ready to make a difference.

Your Day-to-Day

• Engage Veterans with Respect: Answer questions, address concerns, and provide clarity on a system designed to confuse.
• Educate and Empower: Walk veterans through their options, explaining how VetClaims.AI can transform their journey.
• Leverage AI Tools: Use our tech to streamline the process and deliver insights that add real value.
• Collaborate Relentlessly: Work alongside our Intake and Advocacy teams to ensure every veteran gets the care they deserve.
• Advocate, Don’t Pressure: Your goal isn’t to close; it’s to connect and guide.

Compensation

$30,000 to $36,000 Base (inflation adjusted annually)

Expected OTE: $150,000 to $198,000 (uncapped bonus potential)
