Vet Advisor (Pet Health Veterinary Consultant), Virtual Insurance

Job Overview

As the leading virtual insurer in Hong Kong, we are dedicated to transforming the insurance landscape by providing consumers with seamless and instant insurance and claims experiences powered by cutting-edge technology. 

We offer a diverse range of digital insurance products, including pet, medical, fire, and home insurance. To further enhance our services, we are seeking a Veterinary Consultant to join our team and support the launch of an innovative pet care consultation feature within our app. In this role, you will leverage your professional expertise to provide pet owners with valuable advice on health, wellness, and care, ensuring a trusted and engaging experience for our customers. 

Responsibilities  

• 每週五天提供每日 2~3 小時的線上顧問服務，根據問題量進行靈活調整，週末假日需排班。 

• 通過應用程式後台, 回覆用戶提交的寵物健康、營養和行為相關問題。 

• 提供清晰、準確且富有同理心的建議，針對每位用戶的疑問給出適合的解決方案。 

• 與應用程式團隊合作，確保用戶享有順暢且友好的諮詢體驗。 

• 在所有用戶互動中，遵守專業和道德標準。 

• 提供內容或功能的建議，提升應用程式對寵物主人的價值。 

Requirements  

• 持有有效的獸醫執照，並具備至少3年以上的臨床經驗。 

• 熟悉動物醫學(貓狗必備)，包括常見健康問題及預防保健。 

• 擁有優秀的書面溝通能力，能以簡單易懂的語言文字解釋複雜的醫學資訊。 

• 有線上諮詢或遠程醫療經驗者優先。 

• 熱衷於動物健康與福祉，具備以用戶為中心的服務思維。
