Compensation: ₱40,000 - ₱50,000 / month



Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Compliance Assistant to support vendor management and social media compliance programs.

This is a task-based execution role focused on collecting, organizing, and preparing data and reports across multiple systems.

The role is designed to remove administrative and operational workload from leadership, allowing them to focus on program management, interpretation, and decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

Vendor Management (Approx. 60%)
  •  Assist with vendor due diligence processes within Ncontracts 
  •  Organize and maintain vendor profiles and supporting documentation 
  •  Bring legacy vendor profiles (147+) up to current standards 
  •  Track completion status and maintain clean, structured records 
  •  Prepare standardized reports based on vendor data 
Social Media Compliance (Approx. 15%)
  •  Review Comergence reports for assigned loan officers 
  •  Organize findings and prepare reports for review 
  •  Ensure reports are ready for internal review by mid-week (Wednesday target) 
  •  Format and prepare communications for loan officers and marketing teams 
Operations & Coordination (Approx. 25%)
  •  Track and monitor offshore team activity and progress 
  •  Assist in coordinating communication across teams 
  •  Support implementation of standardized processes through documentation and reporting 
  •  Maintain trackers and task lists (Excel-based) 
  •  Provide daily updates and assist with prioritization planning 
Systems & Tools
  •  Ncontracts 
  •  Comergence 
  •  Encompass 
  •  Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) 
  •  PDF-based reporting 
Work Style & Expectations
  •  Execution-focused role (not responsible for analysis or decision-making) 
  •  Moderate accuracy required — work should be reliable and not require rework 
  •  Ability to balance speed and attention to detail depending on task 
  •  Strong adherence to processes and structured workflows 
  •  Comfortable working with evolving priorities and processes 
Communication & Workflow
  •  Daily communication with manager (via Teams/Outlook) 
  •  Ability to coordinate with offshore teams as needed 
  •  Provide end-of-day updates and assist in setting next-day priorities 
  •  Work within a structured weekly cadence (e.g., social media compliance reporting deadlines) 


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills 
  • Ability to work full-time, aligned to 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST 
  • High level of organization and process discipline 
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems and managing data
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
  • Experience in mortgage, banking, or financial services
  • Exposure to compliance or vendor management processes
  • Experience with reporting and documentation workflows
  • Familiarity with tools like Ncontracts, Comergence, or Encompass
