Core Responsibilities

  • Present destination options and provide helpful recommendations based on client goals
  • Communicate with travelers through email, phone, and digital communication tools
  • Coordinate with suppliers and travel partners to confirm reservations and updates
  • Maintain accurate and organized client travel profiles and booking information
  • Stay current with travel promotions, seasonal offers, and destination insights
  • Support clients from initial inquiry through completed booking confirmation
