Opportunity Overview

We are looking for personable, dependable individuals who enjoy building relationships and providing excellent customer service. As a Vacation Relations Consultant, you will serve as a point of contact for clients as they consider vacation possibilities, make selections, and prepare for their upcoming experiences.

You may work with clients interested in cruises, resort stays, all-inclusive packages, family vacations, romantic escapes, group trips, milestone celebrations, tours, and destinations around the world.

Your Role

  • Build positive relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Ask questions to understand vacation preferences, priorities, budgets, and desired experiences
  • Research destinations and services that align with individual requests
  • Review available resorts, hotels, cruises, packages, tours, activities, and transportation
  • Share appropriate recommendations and clearly communicate relevant details
  • Help clients move forward with the vacation services they select
  • Coordinate arrangements through approved supplier and reservation resources
  • Confirm that traveler details and reservation information are complete
  • Keep clients informed of important dates, requirements, and updates
  • Follow up on pending decisions and outstanding information
  • Organize confirmations and other essential vacation documents
  • Provide ongoing assistance with general questions and routine reservation requests
  • Maintain accurate notes and client records
  • Build knowledge of destinations, vacation products, supplier offerings, and current promotions

  • Basic computer, email, and online communication skills
  • Willing to learn supplier technology and reservation processes
  • Reliable internet access and compatible device
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region
