Coach and mentor VAs to succeed in the global VA market
Design and deliver practical training that improves performance, professionalism, and client readiness
Identify skill gaps and create action plans for growth
Prepare VAs for client expectations across industries
Monitor progress, accountability, and long-term development
Foster confidence, culture fit, and a high-performance mindset
Be the bridge between talent development and client success
Qualifications
Exceptional communication and coaching skills
Proactive, energetic, and culturally aware personality
Strong mentoring and leadership presence
Ability to inspire, guide, and hold VAs accountable
Highly organized with a passion for people development
Requirements (Huge Plus)
Understanding of the virtual staffing industry
Familiarity with Business, Finance, IT/Non-IT, Medical/Healthcare, Real Estate, E-commerce, Sales, and Marketing roles
Experience working with or managing remote/virtual teams
