Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Engagement Coordinator who will serve as a key point of contact for clients throughout their Social Security Disability journey, ensuring they feel informed, valued, and supported at every stage of the process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships, delivering outstanding customer service, and creating positive experiences through proactive communication and follow up. The successful candidate will work closely with case management professionals, maintain accurate client records, and help strengthen client satisfaction, retention, and engagement through a highly organized and client focused approach. If you are empathetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people navigate important life matters, we encourage you to apply.
• Compensation Range: $1,060 to $1,150 USD per month
