Job Description:

This role with Job Duck offers an opportunity to be the welcoming voice and first point of contact for clients while supporting the smooth daily flow of a growing organization. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, maintaining an organized schedule, and ensuring each interaction feels professional and attentive. You will handle phone communication, schedule appointments, gather initial client information, and assist with light marketing tasks as needed. As the team continues to expand, this role will gradually evolve to include additional responsibility in intake, sales, and marketing support, allowing you to grow professionally within the organization. A candidate who communicates clearly, stays composed under volume shifts, and collaborates well will thrive in this position.

Monthly Compensation: 1,015 to 1,100 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8.30AM - 5.30PM

Time Zone: Eastern Standard Time [EST]

Expected call volumes: 16-30 calls daily

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar

• Conduct basic intake tasks and gather initial client information

• Follow up with current and potential clients as needed

• Answer incoming calls and serve as the first point of contact for clients

• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations

• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system

• Manage communication volume, particularly on high traffic days

• Coordinate consultation calls

• Support future sales and social media tasks as responsibilities expand

• Assist with light marketing activities as delegated

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience working as a receptionist

• Strong communication skills
• Professional phone etiquette
• Detail oriented approach
• Ability to manage scheduling and organization
• Collaborative mindset
• Respectful and professional conduct
• Reliable work ethic
• Ability to adapt to added responsibilities over time
• Comfort with client interaction and follow up
• Basic familiarity with marketing or willingness to learn
