YOU BRING

• Proven experience designing for eCommerce, SaaS, marketplaces, MVPs, and mobile apps

• Mastery of Figma, component libraries, and design systems

• Strong graphic design skills — brand identities, logos, social media graphics, pitch decks, ads, and marketing collateral

• Hands-on experience with no-code tools like Lovable, Framer, Webflow, or similar — you design in the browser

• A sharp eye for conversion-focused, intuitive interfaces that just make sense

• The ability to build cohesive visual systems — color palettes, typography, iconography — that scale across web, apps, print, and offline

• Motion graphics, 3D, or AI design tools experience — bonus, not required

• Full stack development chops — bonus, not required

• C1–C2 English level minimum

• Responsibility — you own your work and follow through without reminders

• Organization in your blood — your desk, your files, your folders, your life — everything is clean, tidy, and structured because that's just who you are

• A can-do attitude — problems don't stop you, they fuel you

• A professional headset and camera
