You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, responsive user interfaces and maintain consistent design systems. Additionally, you will create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and original graphic assets while managing your schedule to meet project deadlines.
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented UX/UI Designer to join our fast-paced and innovative digital marketing agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping exceptional user experiences across multiple website projects. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with a keen eye for detail who is passionate about creating engaging digital deliverables.
\nExperienced with UI design tools including Figma
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to implement user-centric design solutions
Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles, with an emphasis on optimizing user experiences across various devices and screen sizes
Design generalist with the ability to work on other design-related projects, which can be more focused on graphic or editorial design.

Ability to discuss and explain design options
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Interested in learning new skills and keeping up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface.
Demonstrated ability to stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies
Strong verbal and written communication skills in 1:1 and group meetings, both internal and client facing
At a minimum, basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
Collaborate with creative leadership, project managers, designers, and developers to understand project goals, user requirements, and design specifications
Create wireframes to later translate designs into responsive, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces
Design and develop visually appealing webpages, ensuring a seamless user experience
Work within and maintain a consistent and cohesive UI design system, ensuring brand guidelines and design patterns are followed across all digital platforms
Create interactive prototypes and user flows to visualize and validate design concepts and functionality
Create original graphic designs (e.g. social posts, display ads, emails)
Proactively report to internal managers and manage your schedule to ensure all deadlines are met.
Salary will be commensurate with experience and geographic location.
