UX Strategist / Copywriter

We're partnering with a travel-focused digital company to find a talented UX Strategist / Copywriter. This role is remote--In Region--and contract-based, lasting between 10 and 26 weeks. The position involves strategizing and creating content aimed at enhancing customer experiences and conversions across web and app platforms. *UX Strategist / Copywriter Responsibilities:* * Develop content strategies to guide user actions throughout digital journeys, ensuring clarity and engagement. * Craft clear, concise, and user-focused UI copy, microcopy, and transactional content. * Collaborate with UX and product teams to optimize booking processes, conversion paths, and product pages. * Support ongoing site redesign efforts by maintaining content consistency and developing new content models. * Work with CRO and experimentation teams to test and iterate content based on performance insights. *UX Strategist / Copywriter Qualifications:* * 5-7+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, and strategy. * Proven ability to translate user needs into actionable and effective content solutions. * Portfolio showcasing user-centered writing with a focus on journey-based approaches and conversion metrics. * Experience working on digital product experiences within ecommerce or high-volume consumer environments. * Strong collaboration skills with experience working alongside A/B testing, product, and design teams. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement.
