CTG is seeking to fill a UX Designer position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 4 months
Duties:
Create and refine product UI content and UX writing in partnership with design and research teams.
Develop content strategy and AI content strategies to improve model outputs.
Apply content judgment to create and curate golden data and system instructions.
Develop Help Center and standalone documentation as needed.
Ensure clear, consistent, user-focused content across digital experiences.

Experience:
Experience with UX writing, content design, and product UI.
Experience developing content strategies for AI/LLM products or experiences preferred.
Experience collaborating with UX, product design, and research teams.
Experience creating Help Center or technical documentation is a plus.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $74.00 to $82.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
