This opportunity is contingent upon our client being awarded the contract. 

WORKSITE: Remote

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday PST

PAY RATE: $145.00/hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Evaluate operational impacts of strategic water infrastructure initiatives
• Assess maintenance, workforce, and service delivery implications
• Support utility operational optimization and organizational readiness efforts
• Provide executive-level guidance on water treatment, transmission, and distribution operations
• Participate in operational workshops and leadership planning sessions
• Advise on utility transformation and performance improvement strategies

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
• 20+ years of water utility operations leadership experience
• Experience leading large-scale municipal or regional water operations organizations
• Strong background in treatment, transmission, distribution, and maintenance operations
• Executive-level leadership experience (COO, Director, AGM, or equivalent)
• Expertise in workforce planning and operational readiness
• California utility experience strongly preferred
