We are looking for a Middle User Acquisition Manager to scale Android paid acquisition for Luminar Photo Editor and deliver the annual PPC revenue plan with an average ROAS above 90%.


Who we’re looking for

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the full cycle of Android paid acquisition across Google Ads (UAC), Meta Ads, TikTok Ads with an average annual ROAS > 90%.
  • Develop and scale campaigns for the web-to-web acquisition funnels. Reach 15%+ of total PPC mobile revenue.
  • Launch and scale TikTok as a full acquisition channel. Achieve stable monthly spend with ROAS > 75%.
  • Drive campaign processes: testing, reporting, and automation (rules, alerts, dashboards)
  • Analyze performance end-to-end (impression to revenue) to identify growth opportunities and inefficiencies
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to improve acquisition efficiency
  • Stay up to date with platform updates and mobile acquisition trends

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in Google Ads (App Campaigns / UAC), Meta Ads, TikTok Ads — independently launch, optimize, and scale campaigns.
  • Experience with web-to-web acquisition funnels (Google, Meta) — understanding of funnels, metrics, and landing pages/quizzes.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with attribution/analytics tools (AppsFlyer/Adjust, Firebase, Tableau, Adapty)
  • AI literacy — hands-on use of AI tools for analysis, research, and workflow automation
  • English for platform communication and documentation (B2)

Nice to have

  • Experience with programmatic UA networks (Applovin, Liftoff, Moloco, Unity)
