- You’ll take full ownership of:
- End-to-end Accounts Receivable.
- End-to-end Accounts Payable.
- Accurate bank transaction categorization.
- Clean, reliable financial data inside QuickBooks Online.
- This is a senior-level, hands-on role for someone who knows the details matter — and has the experience to back it up.
- Create and send accurate client invoices.
- Monitor aging reports and drive collections professionally.
- Process and apply payments correctly.
- Enter, code, and manage vendor bills.
- Ensure vendors are paid accurately and on time.
- Categorize and reconcile bank transactions.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve them proactively.
Requirements
About YOU- You’re:
- Detail-obsessed (in a good way).
- Confident managing AR and AP without hand-holding.
- Comfortable communicating with US-based clients and vendors.
- Proactive — you don’t wait for problems to explode.
- Calm under pressure and structured in your approach.
- You like knowing that if the numbers are clean, the business can breathe.
- You have 5+ years of AR/AP experience.
- Strong experience in QuickBooks Online.
- Experience handling full-cycle invoicing, collections & vendor payments.
- Solid understanding of financial statements.
- Experience communicating with customers and vendors directly.
