Upanidiani Online Sales Associate

Upani Diani is an Airbnb accommodation located in Diani, Ukunda, Kenya, seeking a motivated Online Sales Associate to join our team. 
This is a fully remote, commission-based role focused on generating leads and converting guest inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on potential booking leads.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries.
- Promote the property through approved online channels.
- Provide accurate information about the property, rates, and amenities.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Keep records of leads and successful bookings.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and performance.

Requirements

- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or online marketing is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong sales, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Familiarity with online platforms and social media.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a smartphone or computer.
- Professional, self-motivated, and results-driven.

Remuneration
This is a commission-based role. Commission will be paid on successful and verified bookings attributable to the Online Sales Associate. The commission structure will be communicated to successful candidates.
