- Ensure profiles meet quality standards and are employer-ready.
- Educate candidates on the benefits of introductory video submissions.
- Encourage and support candidates through the video recording process.
- Clearly communicate the value and benefits of the platform.
- Answer candidate questions and provide guidance on best practices.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, status updates, and interaction notes.
- Ensure database information remains current and organized.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
