At SodaStream, part of PepsiCo, we are looking for a Shopper Insights Lead to shape and drive our global shopper insights agenda across categories, channels, and markets.
This role will lead the development of shopper understanding at the point of purchase, translating shopper, retail, and market insights into actionable growth opportunities. Working closely with Global Marketing, Commercial, Trade Marketing, E-commerce, and Innovation teams, the Shopper Insights Lead will help drive shopper-centric decision making, strengthen retail execution, and support strategic business growth across SodaStream's global markets.
The position can be based either in Israel or fully remote from Europe.

Responsibilities (English)

 

  • Lead SodaStream’s global shopper insights strategy and capability development across markets
  • Design and execute shopper research programs to understand shopper behavior and the path-to-purchase journey
  • Analyze shopper, retail, category, and market data to identify growth opportunities and business recommendations
  • Partner with Marketing, Commercial, DX, E-commerce, and Innovation teams to support strategic decision making
  • Drive category management initiatives, including category growth opportunities, planograms, and retailer-focused selling stories
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve shopper conversion, retail execution, and commercial performance
  • Manage external research agencies and ensure high-quality delivery of shopper insights programs
  • Promote shopper-centric thinking and share best practices across the organization

Qualifications (English)

 

  • 10+ years of experience in Shopper Insights, Consumer Insights, Market Research, Category Management, or related fields
  • Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
  • Hands-on experience analyzing shopper, retail, and consumer data to generate business insights
  • Deep understanding of retail environments, shopper behavior, and omnichannel customer journeys
  • Experience partnering with Commercial, Trade Marketing, Sales, Marketing, or E-commerce teams
  • Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling capabilities
  • Experience working in global or multi-market environments
  • FMCG, CPG, Retail, Consumer Goods, Beverage, or related industry experience preferred
