UI/UX Designer

This is a remote position.

The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with a strong track record in UX and UI design. They possess a deep understanding of how design influences user behavior, product adoption, and business outcomes, and are committed to delivering innovative, user-focused solutions. The portfolio should contain genuine live/shipped projects.

• Translate user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly product designs.
  
• Apply industry best practices in UX/UI design to deliver accessible, efficient, and engaging experiences across web and mobile platforms.
  
• Collaborate closely with Lead Designers, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams to align design solutions with project objectives and seamlessly integrate into the development lifecycle.
  
• Contribute to the development, evolution, and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
  
• Support user research activities, including usability testing and feedback sessions, to validate design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, data insights, and evolving business requirements.
  
• Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards, compliance requirements, and data regulations.
  
  
  

Requirements

●       6+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.

●       Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX/UI design projects, demonstrating both process and outcomes.

●       Expertise in Figma (with proficiency in similar tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD being an advantage).

●       Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards.

●       Experience in conducting user research, developing personas, design thinking methodology, and running usability tests.

●       Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that clearly communicate interaction concepts and design intent.

●       Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with engineering teams and ensure accurate design implementation.

●       Experience working with design systems, variables, tokens, style guides, and component libraries that scale consistently across platforms.

●       Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design choices and their value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

●       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Desired Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience designing interfaces for AI-powered or data-driven applications.
  
• Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks).
  
• Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
