We are looking for a UX Research-focused Product Designer to join our Product Management team. This is not a traditional UI Designer or Web Designer position. The role is heavily centred around understanding user behaviour, conducting research, validating hypotheses and translating insights into improved product experiences for a complex B2B SaaS platform in the treasury and fintech space.
Approximately 80% of the role focuses on UX Research, product discovery and user validation, while 20% focuses on UI design and prototyping.

Must Have
Highly Preferred- 3+ years of experience conducting UX Research within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience leading user interviews, usability testing and discovery workshops.
- Experience converting research insights into product decisions.
- Strong understanding of UX Research methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams.
- Experience designing complex enterprise software.
- Experience in fintech, treasury, banking, payments, ERP or financial applications.
- Experience working with data-heavy workflows and professional users.
- Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research activities including interviews, usability testing, surveys and discovery workshops.
- Work directly with treasury, finance and corporate users to understand workflows, pain points and decision-making processes.
- Create research plans, define hypotheses and recommend research methodologies.
- Analyse research findings and translate them into actionable product improvements.
- Create and maintain personas, journey maps, workflows and service blueprints.
- Partner with Product Managers to validate concepts before development begins.
- Drive a user-centred product development process through evidence-based decision-making.
UI Design & Prototyping (Secondary Focus)
- Translate validated research findings into wireframes, prototypes and user journeys.
- Create intuitive user interfaces using Figma.
- Ensure consistency with the established design system and product standards.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals
- Present design concepts and rationale to team members and executives
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
User Interface (UI) Design:
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with the company’s branding and design guidelines
- Ensure consistency in design across various products and devices
Usability Testing and Feedback:
- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate the effectiveness of designs
- Analyze feedback and data from usability tests to make informed design decisions
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
- Continuously seek ways to improve design processes and deliverables
