The Trip Organization Specialist is responsible for organizing trip details, client preferences, and itineraries while researching travel options. They also coordinate booking confirmations and maintain accurate client records to ensure a smooth travel experience.
We're looking for a Trip Organization Specialist to help clients keep the details of their upcoming trips organized and on track. This is a remote position for someone who enjoys planning, working with people, and making sure the little things don't get overlooked.
You'll help organize trip information, research options, coordinate reservations, and keep itineraries updated as plans come together. You may be working on several trips at once, so staying organized and being comfortable managing different requests is an important part of the role.
