  • Communicate with clients to gather information and answer questions

  • Follow up on outstanding details, updates, and reservation changes

  • Use online tools and established systems to manage planning tasks

  • Help make sure clients have the information they need before departure

  • Stay organized when managing multiple trips and deadlines

What We're Looking For

  • Good communication and attention to detail

  • Comfortable using email, online platforms, and basic computer tools

  • Able to work independently and stay productive in a remote setting

  • Dependable, professional, and customer-focused

  • Comfortable learning new systems and processes

  • Previous travel experience is not required — training is provided

  • Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or LATAM
