AI Summary

The Trial Strategy Coordinator manages the operational processes and knowledge systems used to develop patient recruitment and retention strategies. This includes owning the RFI process, maintaining the Therapeutic Area Library, and coordinating cross-functional inputs for winning proposals.

At Trialbee, we're on a mission to make clinical trials more accessible, inclusive, and efficient — connecting patients to the research that could change their lives. As Trial Strategy Coordinator, you'll be the operational backbone behind how we build the strategies that make that happen — owning the processes, knowledge, and coordination that turn complex data and insights into winning proposals.

This is a role for someone who runs toward complexity. Someone who takes genuine pride in keeping things organised, knows that great strategy depends on great foundations, and understands that being the person who holds it all together is a meaningful job — not a supporting one. You'll work closely with Directors of Trial Strategy, partnering on the full lifecycle of strategy and proposal development while owning the systems and processes that keep the team sharp, informed, and ready to deliver.

This role is fully remote and globally connected — we welcome candidates from across the US.

This is how you will contribute

  • Partner closely with Directors, Trial Strategy throughout the development of patient recruitment and retention strategies and proposals

  • Develop foundational proposal content — including patient personas and patient journey insights — ready for Director review and refinement

  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs from Business Development, Partnerships, Operations, Product, and Marketing to ensure strategies are commercially grounded and operationally sound

  • Own the end-to-end RFI process — from intake and requirements assessment through stakeholder engagement, information gathering, and submission readiness

  • Own governance, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Trialbee's Therapeutic Area Library

  • Capture and organise therapeutic area expertise, recruitment insights, historical performance data, and strategic best practices so the team always has what it needs, when it needs it

  • Ensure knowledge assets remain accurate, current, and aligned with organisational standards

  • Support continuous improvement of Trialbee's trial strategy methodologies, frameworks, and institutional knowledge

Who we're looking for

  • 5 years of experience in clinical research, or 2–4 years in a direct patient recruitment function

  • A solid understanding of patient recruitment strategies and the clinical trial landscape

  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball

  • Experience developing or maintaining knowledge management systems, content repositories, or operational workflows

  • A proactive mindset — you spot gaps, you close them, and you make the work around you better

  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication, with the ability to synthesise complex inputs into accessible, usable content

  • Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholder groups

  • Comfort with AI-enabled tools and genuine curiosity about how technology can improve the way we work

  • Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to quality in everything you produce

  • Bachelor's degree required; Life Sciences, Healthcare, Communications, or a related discipline preferred
