Position Overview

We are looking for dependable, service-minded individuals to join our virtual team as Travel Support Specialist. In this role, you will help clients organize upcoming vacations by researching options, assisting with reservation details, and providing timely support throughout the planning process.

You may assist with cruises, resort stays, family trips, couples getaways, group vacations, tours, and international experiences. No previous industry experience is necessary. Training and continued guidance are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather information about client vacation needs, schedules, and budgets
• Explore accommodations, cruises, transportation, activities, and package options
• Help clients review choices that fit their preferences
• Assist with coordinating requested services through approved supplier resources
• Track confirmations, deadlines, and important reservation information
• Check booking details for completeness and accuracy
• Respond to client questions and provide planning updates
• Maintain accurate client and reservation records
• Communicate through phone, email, messaging, and virtual platforms
• Keep current with destination information and supplier updates

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-service focused and professional
• Good organization and attention to accuracy
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Able to manage time and follow up on responsibilities
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must reside in the US, UK, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying regions
