About the Role

  • Maintain accurate client profiles, itineraries, and payment details within company databases.
  • Support senior coordinators and travel consultants with logistical research and vendor communication.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and assist with itinerary changes, upgrades, or travel-related issues.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive client experience by providing expert guidance and organized travel documentation.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, or hospitality preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Office, email, online booking tools).
