AI Summary

Provide safe, compassionate nursing care by assessing, planning, and evaluating patient needs within various clinical settings. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and adhering to professional standards.

Join Curaga Healthcare Group’s Travel RN talent pool to be considered for future contract assignments with hospitals and healthcare organizations. Opportunities may be available in rural, remote, and other communities across Ontario and, depending on client needs, other provinces.

This is an expression of interest for future assignments, not a posting for one immediate vacancy. Locations, specialties, schedules, contract lengths, compensation, and travel or accommodation arrangements vary by assignment. We’ll share the details before you decide whether to proceed.

Areas of opportunity

Assignments may be available in emergency, medical-surgical, inpatient medicine, mental health, long-term care, community health, operating room, critical care, and other clinical settings, depending on client requirements and your experience.

  • Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate care for patients or residents with a range of needs.
  • Recognize and respond to changes in condition, escalating concerns appropriately.
  • Administer medications and treatments as authorized and within your scope.
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with the client’s interdisciplinary care team.
  • Follow professional standards, infection-prevention practices, privacy requirements, and site policies.

  • Current RN registration in good standing with the nursing regulator for the province where you’ll practise.
  • Graduation from an approved nursing education program.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Recent nursing experience relevant to the assignment; acute-care experience is preferred for hospital roles.
  • Specialty certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or NRP may be required for certain assignments.
  • Strong assessment, clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the client’s care team.
  • Flexibility to travel and work the schedule required for assignments you accept.
  • Immunization records, background screening, and other credentials may be required by the client or assignment.
