Position Overview

We are seeking organized, customer-focused individuals to join our remote team as Travel Program Advisor. In this role, you will help clients research vacation options, coordinate reservations, and organize important trip details based on their preferences, schedules, and budgets.

You may assist with resorts, cruises, family vacations, group trips, tours, romantic getaways, and international experiences. Previous travel industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn about client travel preferences, dates, and budgets
  • Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, tours, and vacation packages
  • Recommend options that match individual client needs
  • Coordinate selected reservations using approved supplier resources
  • Review confirmations and itinerary details for accuracy
  • Provide clients with booking updates and important travel information
  • Respond to questions and assist with routine reservation changes
  • Maintain organized client and booking records
  • Communicate professionally through phone, email, messaging, and virtual platforms
  • Stay informed about destinations, supplier programs, and current promotions

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time and responsibilities independently
  • Comfortable researching information online
  • Basic computer and internet proficiency
  • Dependable, professional, and willing to learn
  • No previous travel experience required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must reside in the U.S., U.K., Australia, Mexico and Spain or another qualifying regions
