Position Overview

We are looking for outgoing, organized individuals who enjoy travel, connecting with people, and sharing exciting vacation possibilities. As a Travel Planning Influencer, you will help travelers discover destinations and experiences while providing personalized assistance as they move from vacation inspiration to confirmed travel plans.

You may assist clients interested in all-inclusive resorts, cruises, family vacations, romantic getaways, group trips, weekend escapes, or international experiences. Your role is to make researching and organizing travel easier by helping clients understand their choices and coordinate the details of their trip.

Previous travel industry experience is not necessary. Training, educational resources, and ongoing guidance are provided.

What You'll Do

• Connect with potential travelers and learn what they want from their next vacation
• Research destinations, resorts, hotels, cruises, tours, activities, and vacation packages
• Share travel inspiration and introduce clients to experiences that match their interests
• Prepare vacation options based on travel dates, preferences, and spending goals
• Assist with coordinating accommodations, transportation, excursions, and other trip components
• Guide clients through available options and reservation details
• Communicate with travelers by phone, email, messaging, social media, and virtual platforms
• Work with established travel suppliers and reservation resources
• Confirm booking information and review travel details for accuracy
• Keep client information, communications, and reservation records organized
• Learn about new destinations, supplier offerings, promotions, and emerging travel trends
• Provide professional and attentive service throughout the planning experience

What We're Looking For

• An interest in travel, tourism, hospitality, social media, marketing, sales, or customer service
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable researching information online and learning new technology
• Ability to manage responsibilities independently
• Reliable internet access and a computer or compatible device
• Self-motivated and willing to participate in training
• Professional and customer-focused attitude
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another qualifying region
