What You'll Do

• Guide clients through travel options based on their interests, preferences, and travel goals
• Assist with arranging accommodations, flights, cruises, transportation, excursions, and vacation packages
• Research destinations and identify opportunities that align with traveler needs
• Provide accurate information and support throughout the planning and reservation process
• Communicate with clients through email, phone, messaging platforms, and virtual tools
• Coordinate booking details and confirmations with established travel partners
• Maintain organized records of client interactions, itineraries, and reservation information
• Stay informed about travel updates, supplier promotions, and destination developments
• Deliver a positive and professional client experience from initial consultation through booking completion

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and remain organized in a remote environment
• Comfortable using web-based platforms and computer applications
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
• Previous travel industry experience is not required; comprehensive training is available
