  • Maintain accurate client profiles, itineraries, and payment details to ensure seamless fulfillment.
  • Support senior coordinators and travel consultants with administrative tasks related to ticketing and documentation.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and assist with last-minute itinerary changes or fulfillment issues.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive client experience by delivering final travel documents and confirming all logistics prior to departure.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, or hospitality preferred.
