About the Opportunity

We are expanding our remote travel support division and are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Travel Experience Advisors. Responsibilities

  • Research and review travel options using approved supplier systems and booking platforms
  • Provide updates regarding reservation status, itinerary progress, and travel confirmations
  • Communicate with clients through phone, email, and online messaging systems
  • Support itinerary modifications, booking adjustments, and follow-up requests as needed
  • Stay informed on supplier promotions, destination updates, and travel opportunities
  • Participate in virtual onboarding, workshops, and ongoing training sessions
