About the Role
We are seeking friendly, service-oriented individuals who enjoy helping people and providing reliable support. As a Travel Customer Care Advisor, you will assist clients throughout the vacation-planning process by answering questions, researching requested options, coordinating trip details, and helping travelers stay informed as departure approaches.
This remote opportunity is open to individuals from a variety of professional backgrounds. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training, supplier education, and ongoing resources are provided to help you develop the skills needed for the position.
What You Will Do

Learn about each traveler's destination interests, preferred dates, vacation priorities, and budget

Research resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and getaway packages

Narrow down available choices based on individual client preferences

Answer planning questions and explain available options in a clear, professional manner

Assist with coordinating requested accommodations, transportation, activities, and additional services

Manage reservation information using approved supplier and booking resources

Provide confirmations, itinerary details, schedules, and relevant pre-travel information

Track important deadlines and follow up when additional information or decisions are needed

Keep clients informed about updates or changes affecting their arrangements

Assist with routine booking adjustments, cancellations, and special requests
