Position Title: Travel Concierge
Location: Remote – USA
Start Date: October 2026
Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time Overnight Schedule. Must be available to work on weekends.
Pay Range: Starting from $18.00 per hour + Performance Incentives
At Aspire Lifestyles, we help customers with everything from itinerary changes and travel disruptions to complex international travel arrangements. We're looking for experienced Travel Professionals who enjoy solving problems, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and working with premium clientele.

You'll help travelers navigate flight changes, resolve travel disruptions, answer loyalty program questions, coordinate travel solutions, and deliver personalized service to customers who expect a premium experience.

Whether you've worked in airline operations, corporate travel, travel reservations, or customer travel support, your experience can make a real impact here.
• Assist customers with domestic and international travel requests
• Research, book, modify and manage travel arrangements
• Utilize Sabre and other GDS tools to support customer needs
• Resolve travel-related issues quickly and professionally
• Support customers through phone, email and chat interactions
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Deliver exceptional service while meeting quality and productivity standards
Qualifications Required:
• Minimum 2 years of travel industry experience
• Experience using a Global Distribution System (GDS) is required
• Sabre experience strongly preferred
• Experience supporting airlines, travel agencies, corporate travel or travel reservations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Haves:
• Loyalty or concierge experience
• Premium hospitality experience
• International travel knowledge
• Additional language skills
Language Assets:

• French
• Mandarin
• Cantonese
Work Requirements:
• Must reside in USA
• Must be available for permanent overnight shifts
• Must be available weekends and statutory holidays
• Dedicated home office space
• Reliable hardwired high-speed internet
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
• High School Diploma or equivalent
