Travel Client Experience Representative

No previous travel industry experience is necessary. We provide the training, tools, and support needed to help you succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support clients with vacation planning, travel arrangements, and reservation assistance
• Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and travel packages
• Review booking information and itinerary details for completeness and accuracy
• Provide clients with helpful information tailored to their travel preferences and needs
• Respond to inquiries through phone, email, and online communication channels
• Assist with schedule changes, reservation modifications, and travel-related requests
• Maintain accurate records, booking notes, and client information
• Participate in virtual coaching sessions, training programs, and team meetings
